Bubble-Up Pizza – another easy meal that I have pinned on my Recipes-Dinner Pinterest board. This recipe is a winner at our home. I have made this a couple of times – once with spinach and once with mushrooms because we normally have our pizza with vegetables and no meat. However, you can add anything that you normally eat on pizza. Pepperoni, sausage, peppers, olives, chicken, ham–well, you get the idea. The next time that I make this pizza, I am going to make it with ham and pineapple. I LOVE Hawaiian pizza.
The recipe is below the photo. Since there are only two of us, I cut this down in size and then bake the extra biscuits to have with dinner the next day. For us, we also cut down on the cheese and add some extra sauce.
This recipe is listed a bunch of times on Pinterest and I am not positive of the original source. I did find that Pampered Chef was mentioned on a few of the recipes so I am thinking that perhaps that is the origin but I don’t know for sure. Wherever it originates, this is a very easy recipe for a group or just a family of two. By the way, it is good the next day if you have leftovers. Let me know if you give it a try.
